Voith Paper Fabric and Roll Systems has introduced the new generation of ceramic coatings for press rolls.
TerraSpeed is the outcome of over 20 years of applying thermal coatings on paper machine rolls, 100 years of paper machine process technology and the experience gained with over 1000 installations. Based on these experiences, Voith Paper Fabric and Roll Systems engineered TerraSpeed for your specific press application. About 30 specific parameters have been analyzed and adjusted for optimized coating structure and surface parameters.
TerraSpeed is designed to push the limits of your press section. Best sheet release is achieved and maintained without use of release agents or on machine re-roughing of the roll surface.
